Whenever you visit a Pokemon Center, there will be a Delivery man to the right of the PC. Talking to him will allow you to check if there is any Mystery Gift available at the time.

- Once you have obtained the item, visit Mt. Moon and speak to the Scientist at B2F. Doing will trigger a special event.
